Completion requirements

Students are expected to practice pronouncing an assortment of different root words for each given body system, with various prefixes and suffixes attached to them. For instance, a few of the words that students might be expected to learn (and practice in an in-person class) for the cardiovascular system could include:

  • epi-cardi-um
  • myo-cardi-um
  • cardio-vascul-ar
  • hyper-tension
