Introduction:

Welcome to (or welcome back to) teaching online at Lane! As with any technology-related field, online teaching is a field that experiences rapid changes, both in what you can do online and what's available to support you. This module will (re)introduce you to where online learning lives at Lane, who our students and faculty are, and who can provide support for all of your online learning needs.

Learner Expectations:

This module is built for asynchronous participation, meaning you can complete the online pieces at any time.

Because we're in the introduction, this section has a few more readings than others, just to make sure we all start on the same (digital) page.

We estimate that completing the readings and activities in this module will take no more than an hour.

Module Completion:

To complete this module, the following activities must be finished with a score of or "complete":

1.6: Reflection: Course Goals and Supports

Upon completion of this module, the Accessibility Module will be your next step.
